According to a study published by the Mental Health Foundation in November 2022, “29% of adults experienced stress, 34% experienced anxiety and 10% said they felt hopeless because of financial worries during the previous month.” As the cost-of-living crisis continues, more and more people across the UK and the world are experiencing financial stress, including those working in the financial sector. This webcast aims to help (although is not limited to) professionals in the financial sector who are experiencing financial stress.
