Virtual Ethical Finance ASEAN 2024: Scaling up Sustainable Finance

Join the Global Ethical Finance Initiative (GEFI) virtually for the Ethical Finance ASEAN Summit 2024 co-partnered with Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB).

This year’s virtual summit, marking the third edition of Ethical Finance ASEAN brings together experts from across the globe to evaluate the current position and urgent need for scaling up sustainable finance in the ASEAN region.

Across two sessions taking place from 10:00 AM MYT (two sessions at 10:00-11:30 MYT and 12:00-14:00 MYT) on 8 May 2024, the summit will look at topics including the key outcomes from COP28 and expectations for COP29, and will tackle nature-based solutions, financing the energy transition, the role of SMEs in greening the financial chain, and explore efforts in moving the Islamic finance industry from Halal to Tayyib.
